A valid email address is now required to obtain or renew an Idaho permit. If you do not have a valid email address, please call 877-641-4468 for additional assistance.
Temporary Permit Reminder: Temporary tobacco permits are PROHIBITED in Idaho. This includes permits for temporary markets, community events, fairs, cigar tasting events, etc. In addition, permits for mobile businesses (e.g., roving food trucks, golf cart sales) are also prohibited in Idaho.
